New Pick and Place mid-scale manufacturing coming soon!

We will be able to assemble PCBs soon with our Pick and Place machine and aimed at mid-scale manufacturing demand (50-1500 pcbs). Our LumenPnP is capable of placing parts as small as 0402, with support for down to 0603. It is currently set up to use strip feeders, but development around active, powered feeders at our supplier Opulo is ongoing. So if you’re doing a small project, prototypes or a crowdsourcing product, drop us a line!

K40 Power Supply Schematics

This page contains the schematics of the K40 Power Supply Unit (PSU) so you can repair the power supply when it goes bang.

Most common part that breaks is the 24V low voltage Schottky diode MUR460. This shows as a short across the anode and cathode of the diode. Note: the PSU can only deliver 1A across 24V DC and when shorted, the Schottky diode blows. You cannot replace this with a common diode since these are too slow.
